MultiCH was built on the belief that a complex project cannot be led well in separate silos. Content shapes format, format shapes production and delivery determines whether people can use the knowledge.
Understanding before scale
We ask about people, context and the decision the project should support. The loudest or largest solution is not automatically the most valuable one.
Responsibility for the connections
We look at how materials, people, deadlines and channels affect one another. When we see a risk or a better route, we say so before production rather than after launch.
